Easy Potato Soup

This easy potato soup is a perfect fall dish! Toss it in the crockpot for a ridiculously easy fall meal your family will love.

- 1 Bag 30 oz. diced hash browns
- 1 Box 32 oz. chicken broth
- 1 Can 10 oz. cream of potato soup (cream of chicken would also work)
- 1 Cup Shredded Montery Jack Cheese
- 1 Package 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- Bacon Bits To Taste
- Onion Flakes To Taste
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
Combine hashbrowns, chicken broth, potato soup and bacon bits in crockpot.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
Add the cream cheese and jack cheese during the last thirty minutes of cooking.
Garnish with additional bacon bits and serve.
