Easy Potato Soup

This easy potato soup is a perfect fall dish! Toss it in the crockpot for a ridiculously easy fall meal your family will love.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bag 30 oz. diced hash browns
  • 1 Box 32 oz. chicken broth
  • 1 Can 10 oz. cream of potato soup (cream of chicken would also work)
  • 1 Cup Shredded Montery Jack Cheese
  • 1 Package 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • Bacon Bits To Taste
  • Onion Flakes To Taste
  • Salt & Pepper To Taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine hashbrowns, chicken broth, potato soup and bacon bits in crockpot.
  • Cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
  • Add the cream cheese and jack cheese during the last thirty minutes of cooking.
  • Garnish with additional bacon bits and serve.
